56uf capacitor = ever used?

I typically see 47uf being the "slowest" (highest microfarads number) cap recommended.
Does anyone ever use a 56uf on a shader etc.?
Thanks!
(I know heavier a-bars, softer springs/less tension, and more contact screw space all slow a machine down, but with all
the parameters being juggled by people, I'm just sayin'/wondering... maybe 56uf is a magically "too far" unusable #, or kosher afterall?)
I appreciate your guidance.

Re: 56uf capacitor = ever used?

i'm sure it's been tried. if your wanting to build a shader, i would recommend a medium to thin front spring, standard armature bar and standard capacitor. although this is pure preference. if going by numbers, i like my shaders to run around 106-108 Htz. i use 5m & 7m alot, so this is perfect to push those. (my preference). you just have to mess around with different configs to adjust to your style and speed....
