they have been in business since the 50s...I'd be comfortable with them.

if you tune them up right, they can be pretty good...

well they are mass produced, and you know the ol' saying...."you get what you pay for". i cant express this enough, your tools do the work, your just there to guide them in the direction they need to go. mess around with it, and see if you can get it fine tuned.

Tear it apart and rebuild it, tuning Spaulding machines can be a pain I always replace the coils on them. I've got three Spauldings, but they've been completely rebuilt so the only original piece is the frame.

just my info, but i dont own a single machine that has matching parts. If u got a Huck spalding frame, Eikon coils, Pulse springs, then what machine brand do u call it? All im getting at is this, is ur frame a huck, and everything matches, or do u got different parts from different manufacturers?
