Neotat or rotary power supply settings

Hello,
I need a little info does anyone know the settings for a instek power supply for a Neotat if not a Neotat for another rotary machine.

Need to know what to set the knobs to.Below are the names on the knobs
Fine current
coarse current
Fine Voltage
Fine coarse voltage

I am only use to a DC power supply with only one know

Never used it - I would just say go off feel. My power supply is Pulse - and it doesnt even have a digital LED readout - just go by sound and feel!!
