First tattoo in the shop

So I’ve been tattooing for about 3 years now but I never worked in a shop. I had an interview at a local shop about a week ago and they told me to bring somebody in to tattoo in front of them. So yesterday I brought in my brother, he flipped through the flash designs and I gave him his tattoo. I got a ton of advice on how to make it better as I was working and did a pretty sweet tattoo. He said he liked it and offered me a job. So now I’m working on getting customers down here to build up my clientele.
