For thick lines you should be using a 9 round liner or bigger, I use up to a 14RL. I guess I can insert my two bits here. We have been using Skin Candy for sometime now and find that it is a great ink but we have recently started using Sun inks and they seem to be just a notch better.

Check the label on your supply, look for the input voltage, if it only says 110v then you should buy a power converter. I would reccomend getting a AZ power supply for over there and not risking damage to you 110v supply.
