Wise old owl’s always hold all the secrets!!
Used a 5RL, realized that I need to be pressing harder…I’m apparently very light handed, so I had to thicken some of the lines on this one also. Hopefully next time will be better!

sorry, this one is not so crafty :(
on a possitive note: it’s not horrible and could be made a lot better with some work.

i think i would have done this one with a 7RL, maybe even an 8RL, then use the 5RL for a few small details. it’s way too obvious that you sculpted a lot of the lines and they just dont look uniform. maybe if you did a second pass with an 8RL it would clean this up quite a bit and trun into a really nice tattoo.
focus on making your lining deliberate and doing one line in one pass. but i think you probably already realize this. cheers.

      Definitely!

I really saw that I shoulda used a much larger needle. It`s all part of the learning. I`m gonna clean up the lines and try and make sure the shading is clean and hopefully it will become a much ‘craftier’ tattoo :)
