mixing water and green soap ?????

Hi guys I am some what new to tattooing and would like to know what is the best mix for green soap and water for applying your stencil to the skin and make it last thanks for the help. I use a small spray bottle to apply it to the skin I had a friend make my last batch but he moved and i cant get a hold of him now and i just got a new gallon for future use and will be mixing my own. I know you use distilled water I buy it by the case when i need water for rinsing out the tube and adding it to my gray wash.

so is that 1 part water to 8 parts soap or 1 part soap to 8 parts water thanks for the help destructo

1 soap 8water. 8 part soap may cause a chemical burn lol. or never dry
