i did this tattoo 3 days ago on a mate, dont mind they shit lines but he was in extrere pain and wouldnt sit still even when i was just grazing the surface so i made sure i wasnt going too deep. Everything was sterilized and i was using intenze ink but hes told me that he is still in alot o pain and the tattoo has scabbed up extremely high, Can someone shed some light on why this is happening, i have uploaded ohoto

Yup, this is not going to heal very well..
at least it doesnt look too infected – haha..
you might want to ask your mentor in the shop you are apprenticing –
I think you went too deep –
      scar tissue will form
Dry heal it – and see how bad it really is.
tell client not to pick or itch –
but it is going to itch very bad…

      Clean lines though – haha
You really have to experiment on YOURSELF before you do large pieces like this and damage someone’s skin.
This is why “scratcher” is a bad term –
      : )
its not the end of the world –
but you really should try to apprentice in a studio –
you can’t learn everything online or in a book
but when you learn the little things on yourself or in a studio – you will say “ahhh that’s not so hard”

      Best of luck

Agreed. Looks like you over traumatized the skin tissue. Hence the scabbing. Best thing to do now is just let it heal. And then wait a while……long while before even thinking about fixing the uncolored areas this piece will have after healing.

      Consider this a learning experience.
