why so cheap?

Ive been browsing autoclaves for awhile on ebay and amazon etc. And recently my old lady bought me one off of amazon for 70 or so bucks as a b-day present. As much as i wanna be excited to get out of my disposable tube funk i just cant help but thinking its too good to be true. Does anyone have any experience with these. Inside is a series of glass balls that heat up to sterilize them. It says its for tattoo equipment, scissors, and dental gear.

if it helps its a dry heat sterilizer.
